My wife noticed the outdoor unit fan was not spinning in the AM. Called Steve since he was local anc was still in neighborhood and determined capacitor was bad, and the fan motor did not run once the capacitor was replaced. Long story Short, we had cooling by the end of the day. He was able to address rather quickly and fit us in given his regular appointments.

I was told Steve is the most honest ac guy around before we met him and we soon found that to be true. Steve installed a new ac system for my house today. His price was more than fair, his customer service was impeccable. He did what was expected plus more for the exact price he quoted me. He offered more of a labor warranty than the other options I had.

These guys were FANTASTIC. We had called them for a second opinion and they arrived on schedule. They did not want to hear what we were told by the other company (the other company wanted to take my coil to their shop for 5 working days to “find the leak, attempt to fix it, then see if it held pressure”.. This in June — at least 5 days with no a/c then the time to reschedule the actual repair)
They IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK. diagnosed the problem — surprise, no leak. Bad compressor and outside unit. Replaced the next day AND were able to keep in our budget. THANK YOU GUYS. I will always call and refer you!
Steve and Tom are excellent and take the time to know one’s individual air system particular features. They have replaced our motor, rewired, replaced capacitor, and more, all while working within a reasonable budget and always sticking to the quotes. Air 4 U helps you understand what the problem is, which I find helpful. They are very responsive as well, which is key in the Florida summers especially. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Our sons AC in New Tampa quit working. We called Steve on Saturday afternoon and made an appointment for Sunday. He showed up as promised, diagnosed the least expensive repair and had it fixed and cooling in no time. We will highly recommend him to our friends and family for his expertise and knowledge but above all for his honesty and excellent prices.
Incredibly professional. On time, take shoes off, explain what they’re doing, reasonable fees. And pleasant. Plus they don’t default to the most expensive option for repair! Lots of integrity.

We recently bought a house in January and our AC system was not cooling to a good temperature. Working through our warranty company, Air4U came out within a week and diagnosed the issue. They were very honest and showed us how they got the diagnosis they did. They walked us through the whole diagnostics process. They went above and beyond to try to save us as much money as possible without jeopardizing the quality. I was very happy with their service. They come out later to fix the unit. I would highly recommend.
We are from out of town and own proprty in Lutz. Our air conditioning quit working and we called Steve at air 4 U. He came out very quickly on a Wednsday evening. He immediately resolved the problem and charged a minimal amount to fix. We will be using them all the time in the future. This is a businessman who knows his business.
In my 25yrs dealing with AC concerns, this company is by far the best I have dealt with! Within 2 hrs they responded to my “no ac” call and had the problem fixed. Our a/c quit working while it was 90 degrees outside. They came the same day I called and immediately diagnosed a failed compressor that was still under warranty.
They worked with Lennox to get us a new compressor, and we were back up and running the following day.
Our whole family uses this company, and we’re all extremely impressed with their work and integrity to do the right thing. I highly recommend you give them a try!
While visiting Tucson over a holiday weekend, my mother’s A/C died. I searched yelp for a highly rated company. I left a few messages. I was contacted by the owner of the company, they could come out the following day to take a look. I asked that they keep me in the loop with the A/C issue. They found it had frozen over and recommended a new part which would have to be ordered. It would take several days. In the meantime the technician was able to get it to blow cooler air. While waiting for the part a service manager, checked in on my mother and found that the A/C was working fine. So they canceled the service call to install the new part. I am so impressed by their transparency and service.

Outstanding team! I was helped by Bill and Brandon during a HVAC system inspection and Rheme Halo UV light installation.
-Bill is a well of knowledge. He broke extensively broke down their large variety of services, product installation, his team’s knowledge in their craft, and TRANSPARENT pricing that their locally owned company offers without coming off as pushy or rude. I had a question about their uv bulb types, Bill was VERY responsive through the Yelp app.
-Brandon performed quick, professional, and satisfactory service. I had a huge tear in my HVAC duct work located up in the attic. Brandon identified and repaired the duct which could of led to large amounts of air (and money) to leak out over time. After that was patched up, he installed the Rheme Halo UV light system in a very timely manner. Very courteous and respectful.
Solid work, will definitely return for service.

I’m renting a place and the PM sent over air4u. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. I unfortunately had installed a new smart thermostat and apparently with the heat pump it’s wires aren’t supposed to be exactly the way you’d think. Well these guys got it fixed and programmed the thermostat to understand it’s a heat pump unit and not traditional unit. Definitely a good company
I am personally not a customer of Air 4 U. I do however work with HVAC contractors all over the U.S. Couple things I can confidently say about them, when it comes to customer service, these guys are one of the BEST I’ve ever seen. They consistently put the customer first. Secondly, when it comes to quality of product/service, these guys are top notch. Their field techs are some of the most knowledgeable in the business. Great company to use for your HVAC needs!

How could you ask for anything more? Serious honesty from this company. I literally called them and they just told me how to fix my HVAC’s AC issue (not a super simple fix either). Anything I need in the future, this is where I am going. I talked to Tom and he was super friendly and candid. I appreciate that so much.
